Sales Tax

Orders being shipped to addresses within Hawaii are charged 4.17% sales tax. Orders being shipped to addresses outside of Hawaii are not charged sales tax. 


All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). 


Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. You will be notified promptly by email of any delays in shipping. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together (due to size and weight), and may be received separately. We only ship within the USA. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

Gift Wrapping

We offer Complimentary Gift Wrapping!  We are happy to add a Gift Note for an additional $2.95.  In your cart and during the check-out process please include your personal note you would like us to write on the gift card in the "Add a note to your order" field.


We take great pride in our products, and we hope you're delighted with your purchase from Droplets. online. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your merchandise purchased online within 7 days from the date of delivery to return your merchandise for a different size or store credit.  All returns from our web store can be returned in-store. Shipping charges will apply to mail-in exchanges.

The item being returned must have all of its original tags attached and it MUST be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be requested by email.  Please make sure the items are in their original new and unworn condition and that you have the complete original packaging entact.

For those of you who made a purchase In-Store, our In-Store return policy is:  You may exchange or receive Store Credit for your item(s) purchased within 7 Days with a valid receipt and / or with a Gift Receipt 14 Days after purchase - NO REFUNDS.  Returned item(s) must be in new, unused condition, in the original undamaged box and / or packaging with all tags, warranties, and instructions intact. 

Exempt items include: Discounted/Sale items and Swimwear.  These items are considered FINAL SALE. 

Backorders & Cancellations

If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your cart or within 2 days of placing your order. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship. In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item.
